Through an extensive initial discussion and with help of various screening tools (Functional Movement Screen, Bunkie-Test, Weak-Link-Testing) we are able to analyze your current condition.
Subsequently we will develop a training cycle with you. This is based on your goals and capabilities. We aim to be a fair and open partner for you. Goals can only be reached, when these are defined realistically. We will gladly assist in this process.
